How to re-flash configuration files (XML/RCFG) to receiving cards when modules display scrambled images or incorrect mapping.
Prerequisites:
Windows Laptop with control software installed (e.g., NovaLCT or equivalent).
USB Type-B data cable.
The correct
.rcfgor.rcfgxfile provided by Pensar LED Support.
Instructions:
Connect to the Screen: Connect your laptop to the Sending Box/Processor via USB. Launch the control software and login (Default password is usually
adminor666).Enter Screen Configuration: Navigate to the "Screen Configuration" tab and select "Receiving Card."
Load From File: Click "Load from File" and browse to the directory containing your configuration files. Select the file matching your screen's pixel pitch and IC driver.
Send to Receiving Card: Click "Send to Receiving Card." The screen may flicker or go black momentarily.
Verify and Save: Once the image returns and looks correct, click "Save to Hardware" to ensure the configuration persists after a power cycle.
Note: Do not unplug the USB cable during the transmission process, as this may brick the receiving card.
